Bloomfield Families, As of right now, the exciting news is that we plan to be back in school tomorrow, February 2. However, the plan is to operate on a two hour delay. I know that some areas are still not passable for a school bus, if you live in an affected area then your child's bus driver will contact you if they have not already. Please use the two hour delay to leave with extra time and to take extra precaution. Dr. Scott Van Der Aa The Proud Superintendent of the Bloomfield School District

Bloomfield Families, Unfortunately some county roads have drifted back over making several areas within our district unsafe for transporting students. Tomorrow, January 30 we will not have school again. I am anxious to be back in school with our students but the decision was made with the safety of our students in mind. We will not be eLearning tomorrow but rather will apply for a flexibility waiver for the day. Once the DOE responds to the waiver request, I will notify everyone of any changes or the lack of changes to our school calendar. Thank you for your support and understanding. Please stay safe and warm! Dr. Scott Van Der Aa The Proud Superintendent of the Bloomfield School District
