Attention Bloomfield Student Athletes!
Bloomfield School District is partnering with Greene County TeamOrtho and MyClinics to offer FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS to our student athletes again this year!
The sports physicals will take place in the nurse's office on Tuesday April 2, 2024.

The IHSAA physical form must be completed and turned in to the nurse's office by April 1. There is a QR code included in the flier and there will be hard copies available in the elementary office, high school office, and nurse's office.

Spring Break is next week and physicals will be the week that we return to school after break. Please sign up and turn in your forms as soon as possible!
